The Benedictine Way
Rooted in ancient rhythms that cultivate steadiness, balance, and faithful presence in everyday life.
Practical, trauma-aware teaching rooted in Benedictine steadiness,
contemplative practice, psychology, and the wisdom of the mystics —
built for ordinary days that carry real weight.

Some seasons require endurance. Some require courage.
Some require surrender. Some require a clean next step when everything feels heavy.
My work helps people build spiritual resilience in real time — through simple practices, trauma-aware insight, contemplative wisdom, and grounded action.
This is for the person who carries responsibility, supports others, leads through complexity, or longs for a deeper way to stay steady in a demanding world.
You shall not be overcome. — Julian of Norwich

My work brings together contemplative spirituality, trauma-aware practice, chaplaincy, and psychology. I teach practical ways to steady the nervous system, listen for wisdom, act with integrity, and return to steadiness.

One live session each month, usually 60–90 minutes, offering grounded spiritual resilience practices for demanding lives.
Each session stays with one resilience skill long enough to understand it, feel it, and carry it into the week — grounded in contemplative wisdom and trauma-aware insight.
Breath, attention, or body-based grounding
A reflection prompt for discernment & integrity
A practical action step for the week

Rooted in ancient rhythms that cultivate steadiness, balance, and faithful presence in everyday life.
Quiet ways of slowing down, deepening awareness, and listening beneath the noise.
Sacred companionship that helps you discern what matters, find clarity, and navigate what's changing.
Real stories from people who have reclaimed their energy, their voice, and their power.
Your course in resilience appeared in the most timely and synchronistic moment on my journey. I walked away feeling loved and energised, with a renewed acknowledgement of the resilience I did not realise I already had.
I found the workshops extremely powerful. I learnt skills and techniques that helped me quiet the thoughts running through my mind, sleep more easily, and build my resilience. Jane makes you feel very comfortable and connected.
It is clear that Jane is a true professional in the mindfulness and resilience space.
Forthcoming
The 60 Second Mystic
My forthcoming book translates the wisdom of women mystics into practical tools for spiritual resilience in modern life.
This is your invitation to slow down, listen within, and live from your sacred truth.
